About Lucky Frog Feng Shui

Dana’s journey into the world of Feng Shui began as a quest for transformation during a challenging phase in her life. Starting in 2002, she turned to Feng Shui as a remedy when traditional solutions failed to bring her the changes she sought. The immediate positive effects were remarkable; her relationships blossomed, abundance flowed back into her life, she had more clarity and focus, and her house was truly a home.

Motivated by these changes, Dana immersed herself in the study of Feng Shui. She attended workshops by the consultant who initially guided her, and drawing inspiration from her teacher, she committed to mastering the lifestyle and practice of Feng Shui. By September 2003, she had achieved certification as a practitioner of Interior Alignment Feng Shui, a program that has gained recognition thanks to Denise Linn, a pioneering figure in Western Feng Shui.

In addition to her expertise in Feng Shui, Dana serves as a certified Graceful Lifestyles™ Consultant. This role enhances her skill set with Feng Shui-based interior redesign, green design, and techniques for showcasing homes, enabling her to help others create living spaces that foster harmony and inspiration. Through her efforts, Dana not only transformed her own life but also endeavors to empower others to harmonize their surroundings with their intentions and well-being.

Adding to the tapestry of her life is Dana’s connection to her parents, both esteemed Herpetologists. As a child, she journeyed across Central and South America with them, collecting frogs for their research at the University of Kansas. This unique upbringing instilled a profound appreciation, and love, of frogs.

In Feng Shui, the frog is considered a symbol of luck and offers several auspicious meanings:

1. Wealth and Abundance: The three-legged frog is closely linked to financial prosperity and is believed to attract opportunities for wealth into homes and businesses.

2. Transformation and Change: Frogs' life cycle—from tadpoles to adults—embodies transformation, a core principle in Feng Shui that highlights the potential for personal growth and positive change.

3. Protection: In various cultures, frogs are seen as protectors, offering a shield against negative energies while inviting positive ones.

4. Water Element: Frogs have a strong association with water, an essential element in Feng Shui symbolizing prosperity and the flow of wealth. This connection enhances the frog’s reputation as a harbinger of good fortune.

5. Strategic Placement: For optimal benefits, the frog is typically placed in specific locations, such as near the entrance of a home or business and facing inward, thereby attracting wealth and good luck.

Incorporating the frog within Feng Shui practices serves as a powerful way to invite prosperity, protection, and transformative energy into one’s life, reflecting Dana’s journey and her mission to support others on their paths to abundance and well-being.
